Welcome to the Tour of Bright Race Village at Bright Velo...a cyclists paradise! This isn’t your average event village; it’s where cycling royalty comes to hang out. From midday on Friday, come for race registration and then get up close with Aussie legends like Sarah Gigante, Luke Plapp, Grace Brown, Pat Eddy and Nick Owen, who’ll be signing autographs and chatting with fans and Australia's own voice of cycling, Matt Keenan. So, do yourself a favour and take the day off work (or school) to experience it all—it’ll be worth it! Enter Bright Velo via Ireland St (front entrance at the top roundabout), pick up your registration pack, grab a massage and enjoy everything from product showcases to nutritional talks, exclusive merch, coffee and beer. With a free kids' race and the thrill of the Tour of Bright Criterium lighting up the evening, 'Day Zero' of the Tour of Bright is packed with action at the Event Village. Don’t miss it!

As if that wasn't enough, there will be constant activity throughout the afternoon and evening with plenty to eat, drink and explore, including:
*Massage. Ovens Valley Physio will be set-up in the Event Village from 10am-5pm Friday and will be offering physio/massage appointments at a rate of $40 (20mins) or $75 (40mins). Book ahead by calling the Bright clinic on (03) 5750 1965 or emailing [email protected]. You can also simply call past the village on the day to book your spot.
*Beer and other assorted beverages. Long time sponsor of the Tour of Bright, local icon and maker of the best beer going around, Bright Brewery, will be on hand to quench even the biggest summer thirst.
*Wine. Another icon of the Ovens Valley, Feathertop Wines, has your beverages of a grape nature covered. Experience first hand their award winning wines. Is it rosé season?
*Food and Nutrition. Established sponsor Pepo Farms and Victoria's favourite apple growers Nightingale Bros, both from of the Ovens Valley, will be on hand with all the healthy food you need to keep you and your crew powered over the weekend.
*Bike Shops. All Terrain Cycles (better known as 'ATC') and Cyclepath will be on hand with an assortment of last minute goodies and merch to get you through the weekend. If they don't have it, they'll arrange for you to visit their store in town.
*Cycling Apparel. Like the look of the Tour of Bright's new leaders jersey's? Cuore of Switzerland will be here to set you up with the kit you need for the Tour of Bright and the summer of cycling to follow.
*Explore. Wondering why Victoria's High Country is the best location in Australia for cycling? Not sure where to visit next? Chat to the team from Ride High Country! They'll also have who some of their tasty merch!
*Stay. Can't get enough of Bright? Want to spend more time here? Dickens Real Estate are on hand to give you the inside scoop on holiday rentals or a more permannet move to the region.
